The next meeting of the Huffman Prairie Aviation Historical Society is Monday evening, September 9, at 7pm. The event is free and everyone is welcome!
This month local photographer and “Proud Dayton Original” Dan Cleary will present “Then and Now.” He will describe his work with Wright Brothers photographs and his own photos to mingle the past and present in a layering process to create the Then and Now.
Dan, a Certified Professional Photographer by the Professional Photographers of America and graduate of Wright State University (BFA, 1980), is the owner of Cleary Creative Photography, which specializes in portraits for individuals and families as well as photography services for small businesses and corporations. Dan also creates photography artwork for display in businesses or homes. In 2015, he was named a “Proud Dayton Original” by the City of Dayton Commissioners and Mayor.
Program Information
The program will be held at the Huffman Prairie Flying Field Interpretive Center, Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, 2380 Memorial Road (intersection of State Route 444 and Kauffman Road), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
